Keep 90% of the commission you generate.

Our Earn In Program pays agents 90% of earned commission,  provided a minimum of $7,000 in commission is generated on an annualized basis.  Here’s how it works.

All newly enrolled agents will be paid 80% of earned commission, with an opportunity to earn 90%. At the end of the first full calendar quarter of affiliation an agent's production will be analyzed. Those agents generating commission of at least $1,750 will be paid 90% commission on business booked in the subsequent quarter.

We analyze agents’ results quarterly and as long as they stay on track to generate $7,000 in annualized commission they will continue to be paid 90% of the commission they have earned. If they don’t qualify for the 90% Earn In they will revert to our standard 80/20 split until they qualify again for a 90% payout.

Your goal should be to generate $7000 during the year- Once you have done that you will earn 90% for the rest of the current year and for the following year.
